    I started taking Susan’s classes in the middle of covid when we couldn’t do anything inside. We started taking classes outdoors in the Presidio with our mats 6 feet apart from each other fully masked. I must say those once a week Saturday classes were my salvation both physically and mentally.
    Now that everything is open and life is back to normal, my once a week Saturday workout classes are what I look forward to every week.
    Susan’s workouts are fun, safe and effective. She knows the human body and always gives alternatives.
